Voucher Terms & Conditions

• Voucher are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
• Non-transferable.
• Not redeemable for cash.
• May not be sold or transferred.
• Subject to availability.
• The terms and conditions of vouchers shall be amended at any time at the discretion of Let's Go Alpacas! / Hedingham Alpacas and shall be binding on the customer.
• No credit or change will be given on any unused portion of the Voucher.
• No replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
• Voucher valid for the dates stated on the voucher - vouchers issued will be valid for no more than 6 months.
• Vouchers will not be extended past their expiry date and if they are it is at the discretion of Let's Go Alpacas! / Hedingham Alpacas.
• Voucher only valid once payment for it has been received.
• Valid for a single transaction only.
• To participate and use the voucher a consent form must be signed and completed for all participants. Failure to do so will result in not being able to participate no refund will be given and no alternative offered.
